# IA sale del chat V5 editorial layered

V5 creada desde V4 sin borrar nada. Mantiene el stack visual de V4 y añade capa editorial limpia: avatar intermedio/PIP, titulares, lower thirds e infografías sincronizadas.

## Cambios editoriales
- Avatar fullscreen: intro, cierre y 2 transiciones intermedias (Codex → empresa; riesgo → regulación).
- Avatar PIP: MÓVIL, EMPRESA, RIESGO e INFRAESTRUCTURA.
- Lower thirds: MÓVIL, CÓDIGO, EMPRESA, RIESGO, INFRAESTRUCTURA, CONTROL HUMANO.
- Infografías: VE → ENTIENDE → ACTÚA; Issue → Plan → Test → Aprobación → Deploy; mapa SAP/empresa; tríada riesgo; columnas infraestructura/regulación; cierre chatbot/agente/empresa aumentada.
- Short 9:16 rehecho con lienzo vertical, fondo blur, foreground seguro y texto safe-area; no es crop automático simple.

## Caveats honestos
- MotionArray no se usó: bloqueo 403 de V4 sigue documentado.
- Miniatura heredada de V4, no regenerada.
- Transiciones intermedias de avatar son breves y sin locución nueva para no inventar audio.

- ffmpeg -v error ejecutado para largo y short: logs/ffmpeg-v-error-long.log y logs/ffmpeg-v-error-short.log.
